Spotless and modern room, good-sized bathroom. Comfortable beds and exceptionally welcoming and reasonably good staff at the reception desk.

had wonderful and fantastic location next to a river in a lovely village, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from glendalough. got reasonably large twin room with a comfortable bed as expected, really enjoyed it.

Had a fab time here! The breakfast was a bolting full Irish feast and the live trad session in the bar was mighty craic. Only downside was the wi-fi played hard to get in the rooms. Still, a grand stay overall! I'll be back for sure!

Sweet as stay but our dinner at the pub was a bit of a mess, and the room could do with a revamp. Loved the friendly staff though!

Shower combi-faucet tricky to operate with soapy hands!!! Thin walls allow for too much noise from neighboring rooms!!!

The highlight was the warm and cute staff. The restaurant served good meals with lively atmosphere, and my room had a fine view of the river that was peaceful.
Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is centrally located, and the comfortable double bed made for a great night's sleep. The decor is actually updated, and the inviting seating areas provide a perfect spot to unwind after a day of hiking.
The walls are a bit thin, allowing conversations from neighboring rooms to be heard.

The room was spacious and clean but definitely felt a bit dated. The bed was super comfy, and I loved having the window open to listen to the river outside. It was nice and quiet, even with the pub downstairs. Just wish it was a little more modern overall.

The breakfast was great, especially the brown soda bread-don't miss out on that. The view of the river from the room was serene.
The walls are thin. I was kept awake by the chatter from next door, and it wasn't exactly conducive to a good night's rest. The furniture in the room felt dated, and getting into the bath for the shower was a bit challenging despite the handrails. The pricing felt steep for what was basically a no-frills setup and could use some more updates for comfort.

The room with the river view was fantastic! We loved keeping the windows open (the sound of the water is so relaxing!). Plus, location is perfect for exploring Glendalough, just 1 km away. Staff was warm and friendly.
